DEAR PATIENT,

You can read and download the consent forms used during the various ambulatory treatments on this site. We chose this communication channel to provide you with sufficient time to read through the information on the treatments and do not feel unprepared at the procedure. If you have the opportunity, please print it and bring the signed copy with you and thus facilitate our work. Should you have any questions, please call us at +36-30-963-136. Please send you questions to the info@vpmed.hu email address.

I hope you will be satisfied with the treatment, we will do our best to minimize the stress and you can leave the health centre satisfied.
